However, please be aware that these images serve as representations, and actual items may vary depending on availability.
In certain cases, substitutions may be necessary to ensure timely delivery. We make every effort to ensure that substituted items closely match the original in terms of theme, quality, and value. If the selected gift is unavailable, it will be replaced with an item of equal or greater value, while maintaining a similar style and category.
For floral arrangements, substitutions may involve changes in flower color if the requested color is not in stock. Additionally, non-floral items such as baskets, vases, stuffed animals, and chocolates may vary in size, color, shape, or brand, depending on availability. If the original item shown on our website is out of stock, a comparable item will be provided.
Delivery Policy
We deliver to most locations across the Philippines. However, for addresses far from our courier offices (especially in remote provincial areas) or outside our delivery network, the recipient may need to pick up the item from a designated courier office. The recipient or buyer will be notified if this is the case.
Shipping charges apply to both pick-up and delivery, as we must transport the items to the nearest courier office. While we make every effort to deliver on the specified day, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Requests for specific morning, afternoon, or evening delivery times may be made, but are subject to availability.
PhilippinesGiftBasket.com is not liable for delays or non-delivery of items due to circumstances beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to, extreme weather conditions such as typhoons or heavy rains. If delivery is delayed due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses, no refunds will be issued.
Product Returns and Replacements
If you are dissatisfied with an item, it may be replaced if returned within 3 working days of delivery. However, refunds are not provided. Products may be returned or exchanged only for valid reasons such as damage or incorrect items delivered.
Multiple Merchant Orders
Some products featured on our website may be supplied by different merchants. If you place an order containing items from multiple merchants, deliveries may occur at different times on the selected date. Simultaneous delivery can be arranged in some cases—please contact us for assistance with such requests.
Delivery Acceptance
Our delivery personnel are authorized to deliver the item to anyone present at the specified address if the intended recipient is unavailable. Anyone at the delivery address may accept the item and sign the delivery receipt.
